Purpose

This policy is intended to establish clear, respectful and accountable expectations consistent with TAGI’s work with girls, youth, volunteers, donors and communities.

Core principles

  • Dignity, safety, fairness and informed participation.
  • Collect and share only information needed for a legitimate purpose.
  • Clear responsibilities, proportionate responses and documented decisions.
  • No retaliation for concerns raised in good faith.
  • Regular review by designated TAGI leadership.
