The Amara Girls Initiative (TAGI) delivers global programs that bring together delegates from across the world to advance women’s empowerment through education, leadership development, and responsible participation in digital and social spaces. Our programs create inclusive environments for dialogue, learning, and shared solutions that support women and girls across diverse cultural and geographic contexts.
TAGI prioritizes education for women and girls as the foundation of empowerment. Through international conferences, forums, and learning engagements, we support knowledge-building, confidence development, and skills that enable women and girls to make informed choices, lead with purpose, and contribute meaningfully to their communities.
Women empowerment at TAGI also includes promoting respect, safety, and accountability in digital spaces. Our programs address internet harassment and bullying through education, awareness, and dialogue that encourage responsible online behaviour, healthy boundaries, and digital citizenship. We emphasize the importance of creating respectful online environments where women and girls can participate safely and confidently.
Within our empowerment framework, TAGI integrates conversations on gender awareness, climate and social responsibility, and gender-based violence prevention as part of building informed, resilient, and empowered communities. These issues are addressed through education and advocacy, ensuring they strengthen — rather than define — our empowerment focus.

Mental health and emotional well-being are embedded across all TAGI programs, recognizing their essential role in leadership, personal growth, and digital engagement. TAGI also engages in responsible discussions around emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), to support awareness of their impact on mental health, education, and social equity.
Through global collaboration and culturally responsive programming, TAGI continues to connect women and girls across borders, amplify shared voices, and promote empowerment that is ethical, informed, and future-focused.
